Roasted Rice With Green Tea

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 tablespoon uncooked rice
  • 1 tablespoon green tea leaves
  • 4 cups boiling water

Recipe

  • 1 heat skillet till it's hot.
  • 2 wash the rice grains (doesn't matter if they're short, medium or long grains) and pat dry.
  • 3 pan fry the rice in the hot skillet till golden brown. no need water or oil.
  • 4 in a teapot, put in roasted rice, green tea and boiling water.
  • 5 let it sit for a couple of minutes before serving.
  • 6 you can change the amount of the ingredients according to your taste.
